Sacit Zakir made in the 77th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Enis Behiç Erengüç. Serbia's Zvezdan Nedeljkovic played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enis Behiç Erengüç in the 85th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Sreten Popovic kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mustafa Haydar Sureha. That made the score 2-1 in the 87 minute of play. After having played for 91 minutes, Drasko Rajkovic managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Serbia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Drasko Rajkovic was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
