If Llorienzo Lecanda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Czech Republic's David Rusil got a free kick in the 8th minute. Vavrinec Holub took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Llorienzo Lecanda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vavrinec Holub showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Llorienzo Lecanda in the 10th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the match, Czech Republic's goal looked a bit too open when Llorienzo Lecanda came free, but Vavrinec Holub reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Czech Republic's Valdemar Turecek got a free kick in the 15th minute. 18 minutes into the game, Llorienzo Lecanda recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vavrinec Holub. Llorienzo Lecanda showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Atarratze Solis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alan Rezek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Czech Republic getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Kvetoslav Janku hit a great ball. In the 27th minute, Fernan Serdio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Petroleros de Cabimas fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when Petroleros de Cabimas's Llorienzo Lecanda looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Czech Republic's defense didn't have a chance, in the 35th minute, when Llorienzo Lecanda scored to the left of an out of position Vavrinec Holub, making the score, 3-0. Denis Dostal kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Llorienzo Lecanda might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vavrinec Holub. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Llorienzo Lecanda ran back to his position shaking his head. 44 minutes into the match, Papo Fortea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vavrinec Holub. Czech Republic's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Papo Fortea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Papo Fortea's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vavrinec Holub read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 48th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Llorienzo Lecanda to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Llorienzo Lecanda notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub. Vavrinec Holub was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Denis Dostal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alan Rezek hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Czech Republic defense, Llorienzo Lecanda kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vavrinec Holub. The Czech Republic fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vavrinec Holub should have stopped the shot. Gonsalve Aubets's late challenge caught a Czech Republic's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gonsalve Aubets helped the player get up and apologised. Gonsalve Aubets hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Corderun Perucho in the 71st minute of play. In the 72nd minute, Alan Rezek made a precise shot to the right of Atarratze Solis. Petroleros de Cabimas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. Denis Dostal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th match minute, Petroleros de Cabimas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gonsalve Aubets to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 79 minutes, Atarratze Solis successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 80 minutes had been played when some careless play by Petroleros de Cabimas's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Erik Jilek was slow to take the kick. During this time Czech Republic's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Erik Jilek almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Petroleros de Cabimas's Atarratze Solis did a great save. 84 minutes into the match, Czech Republic's goal looked a bit too open when Corderun Perucho came free, but Vavrinec Holub reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute, Fernan Serdio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 86 minutes, Erik Jilek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Czech Republic's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erik Jilek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Polo Alba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vavrinec Holub having to interfere. Petroleros de Cabimas's Papo Fortea got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 95 minutes, Polo Alba managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Petroleros de Cabimas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Polo Alba was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee ended the match the Petroleros de Cabimas players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
