Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Klement Owsiak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Tommy Kahn made a huge save. Czarne Mamby's Teobald Bator played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Sachs in the 8th minute of play. In the 9th minute of the match Germany got a corner. Czarne Mamby's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Frank Sachs ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Janik Vogt managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After 16 minutes, Chris Mergenthaler mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Germany and the Czarne Mamby players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 15th minute, one of Germany:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Germany. Tommy Kahn had in the 16thth minute some difficulties stopping Miromir Magdziarz's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Czarne Mamby's Miromir Magdziarz. But to his dismay, Miromir Magdziarz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Adrian Dreifuss's late challenge caught a Czarne Mamby's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adrian Dreifuss helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Czarne Mamby booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Dreifuss didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tommy Kahn made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Klement Owsiak sent off a good shot on target. In the 21st minute Miromir Magdziarz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miromir Magdziarz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Teobald Bator showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Sachs, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Donell Tush during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Czarne Mamby's Donell Tush got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Albin Holweck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Teobald Bator tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 44 minutes of play, Germany's Frank Sachs made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Teobald Bator was left in no man's land by his defense there! The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The wind increased when Miromir Magdziarz made the kick off in the second half. If Klement Owsiak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 54 minutes Czarne Mamby's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Frank Sachs who took care of the corner kick. Linus Schwerner made a great header on Germany's corner, it was just that Czarne Mamby's Teobald Bator managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 54th minute Ulrich Stein shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teobald Bator saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 54 minutes into the game, Ulrich Stein cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Teobald Bator was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tommy Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Klement Owsiak went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. In the 68th minute, Albin Holweck made a precise shot to the right of Teobald Bator. Czarne Mamby's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-4. 73 minutes into the match, Miromir Magdziarz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Miromir Magdziarz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Miromir Magdziarz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Czarne Mamby's supporters rose to their feet, but Miromir Magdziarz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Kahn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Klement Owsiak in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 79 minutes into the game, Ziemowit Kajdasz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-4. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miromir Magdziarz, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Miromir Magdziarz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 93 in the game by Frank Sachs from a close distance when the talented Teobald Bator managed to make a qualified save. Czarne Mamby's players were relieved.
