Korn got a freekick which was hit by Mauricio Balendin. When Brage Vetrhus came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the The Nerd Herd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Brage Vetrhus couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Odin Fjeldberg in the 5th minute of play forced A. Korn's goalkeeper Juan Sendoa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juan Sendoa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brage Vetrhus in the 6th minute of the match. After 11 minutes, Jimeno Caton mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the A. Korn and the The Nerd Herd players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 11th match minute, A. Korn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jimeno Caton to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brage Vetrhus in the 12th minute of play forced A. Korn's goalkeeper Juan Sendoa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Brage Vetrhus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 20th minute A. Korn were awarded a corner. Fidel Urtungo went to the cornerflag to take it. A collision led to A. Korn getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Isidoro Medero hit a great ball. In the 22nd minute, Brage Vetrhus made a precise shot to the right of Juan Sendoa. A. Korn's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After some careless play in the A. Korn defense, Odin Fjeldberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juan Sendoa. The A. Korn fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juan Sendoa should have stopped the shot. Juan Sendoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brage Vetrhus, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Odin Fjeldberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Juan Sendoa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Brage Vetrhus's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Juan Sendoa was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. In the 47thth minute of the game Brage Vetrhus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but A. Korn's Juan Sendoa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gerardo Todor to strike the kick off in the second half. Juan Sendoa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Brage Vetrhus in the 52nd minute. Jimeno Caton kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Juan Sendoa made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Brage Vetrhus sent off a good shot on target. After 62 minutes A. Korn's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Geir-Inge Torstensen who took care of the corner kick. Odin Fjeldberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Juan Sendoa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Odin Fjeldberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Juan Sendoa managed to avoid a goal in the 76thth minute, when The Nerd Herd's Brage Vetrhus fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Odin Fjeldberg in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juan Sendoa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 81st minute of the match The Nerd Herd got a corner. A. Korn's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Geir-Inge Torstensen ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on The Nerd Herd's corner Geir-Inge Torstensen fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Juan Sendoa quite easily take care of the ball. The A. Korn supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching The Nerd Herd's performance. The match ended with a win for The Nerd Herd.
