Korn's goalkeeper Juan Sendoa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amado Salazar. A collision led to Viseu United getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Iurie Oargă hit a great ball. Jorge Caetano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fidel Urtungo, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Juan Sendoa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amado Salazar in the 11th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, A. Korn's goal looked a bit too open when Amado Salazar came free, but Juan Sendoa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the game, Gaspar Moita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Juan Sendoa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 27th minute, Hamílton Linhares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juan Sendoa made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Gaspar Moita sent off a good shot on target. The corner led Viseu United's Amado Salazar to fire away a dangerous shot which Juan Sendoa despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. A. Korn's Juan Sendoa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amado Salazar in the 38th minute of play. After 39 played minutes Viseu United got a freekick which was hit by David Moreira. Jorge Caetano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cirilo Urki in the 47th minute of play. Viseu United's Hermano Jordão was substituted for Gaspar Moita. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gerardo Todor stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jimeno Caton charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jimeno Caton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Viseu United made a substitution. Ziemowit Gdowski replaced Adalberto Marquez. Amado Salazar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 65 played minutes A. Korn got a freekick which was hit by Jimeno Caton. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amado Salazar in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juan Sendoa saved A. Korn from getting behind. A. Korn's Juan Sendoa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amado Salazar in the 68th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Amado Salazar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Juan Sendoa was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. In the 75th minute, Valter Bentes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, A. Korn's Jimeno Caton got a free kick in the 78th minute. Fidel Urtungo hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. After having played for 86 minutes, Valter Bentes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Viseu United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valter Bentes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 95th match minute, A. Korn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jimeno Caton to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in A. Korn's zone, Amado Salazar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juan Sendoa came out of the goal and Amado Salazar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jimeno Caton kicked well hit freekick during the 99th minute of the match. Juan Sendoa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amado Salazar's shot from short distance in the 100th minute. Viseu United's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
