The referee showed 徐文枫 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico Los Andes's 徐文枫 got a free kick in the 7th minute. Nando Proença took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Inocencio Etxekopar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leonardo Soter could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Nando Proença made a huge save. In the 16th minute, Leonardo Soter made a precise shot to the right of Nando Proença. Xandeco FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Nando Proença showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Soter in the 19th minute of the match. In the 20th minute, Carlos Caneças ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nando Proença was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Nando Proença stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leonardo Soter's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Vânderson Palmeira's late challenge caught a Club Atletico Los Andes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vânderson Palmeira helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Xandeco FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Vânderson Palmeira hit a great ball. Inocencio Etxekopar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Through an outstanding action, after 29 minutes, Nando Proença successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The crowd rose to their feet as Club Atletico Los Andes's Leonardo Soter slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nando Proença. That made the score 4-0 after 33 minutes of play. In the 39th minute Geraldo Palmeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sérgio Romero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nando Proença made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonardo Soter in the 42nd minute. Carlos Caneças received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Nando Proença tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Leonardo Soter reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nando Proença. The goal made the score 5-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leonardo Soter stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Leonardo Soter got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Inocencio Etxekopar in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nando Proença saved Xandeco FC from getting behind. Sérgio Romero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Augusto Araújo, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. After some careless play in the Xandeco FC defense, Carlos Caneças kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nando Proença. The Xandeco FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nando Proença should have stopped the shot. After 69 minutes, Geraldo Palmeira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Xandeco FC and the Club Atletico Los Andes players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Xandeco FC's Geraldo Palmeira got a free kick in the 69th minute. Nando Proença stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leonardo Soter's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. In the 79th minute Leonardo Soter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nando Proença saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Geraldo Palmeira hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After 81 played minutes Xandeco FC got a freekick which was hit by Geraldo Palmeira. Geraldo Palmeira got his second yellow card in the match during the 85th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 86th match minute, Xandeco FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geraldo Palmeira to maneuver through the defense. If Inocencio Etxekopar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Luiz Torres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nando Proença came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atletico Los Andes's 徐文枫. But to his dismay, 徐文枫 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. In the 97thth minute of the game Leonardo Soter who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Xandeco FC's Nando Proença was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Club Atletico Los Andes's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
