Harry Drewitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damian Guzman in the 6th minute of the match. In the 12th minute, Eddie Söderquist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Damian Guzman struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Harry Drewitz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guanacos. Celso Frutos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kacper Pozorski, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. After 21 played minutes Guanacos got a freekick which was hit by Honorato Federigo. 22 minutes into the match, Vidar Lustig dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Celso Frutos, 2-0. Prospero Guzman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harry Drewitz having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Christer Andreasson during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Guanacos booed when IFK Ranger was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christer Andreasson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 37 minutes IFK Ranger's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Victorino Rio who took care of the corner kick. Celso Frutos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kacper Pozorski, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vidar Lustig stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. IFK Ranger's Harry Drewitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prospero Guzman in the 52nd minute of play. Celso Frutos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christer Andreasson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute Damian Guzman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harry Drewitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Damian Guzman, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 62 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Harry Drewitz was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Prospero Guzman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Harry Drewitz having to make a save. Prospero Guzman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Harry Drewitz made a huge save.
