Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) FC Lugano's Jakub Waselenczuk started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Sharma Cavani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sharma Cavani in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Godo Gøl saved FC Lugano from getting behind. In the 16th minute Sharma Cavani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Godo Gøl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wincenty Kochowski hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sharma Cavani in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Godo Gøl prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Charmander City's Jonathan Donostia got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 26th minute, Alexander Testa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 28 minutes into the match, Charmander City's goal looked a bit too open when Jack Saunders came free, but Tedi Papo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Godo Gøl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sharma Cavani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zhao Le Sen made in the 31st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Charmander City's Edgardo Tibalt. Godo Gøl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sharma Cavani in the 32nd minute of the match. Godo Gøl stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sharma Cavani's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Narciso Vincente stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Godo Gøl stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sharma Cavani's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. In the 59th minute Sharma Cavani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Godo Gøl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to FC Lugano getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Jack Saunders hit a great ball. Godo Gøl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgardo Tibalt, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 74thth minute of the game Sharma Cavani who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Lugano's Godo Gøl was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Mei Xun Ao fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Charmander City's protests and gave Mei Xun Ao a yellow card for diving instead. After 79 minutes, Sharma Cavani made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. FC Lugano's Godo Gøl tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Tedi Papo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jakub Waselenczuk in the 82nd minute of play. In the 84th minute, Narciso Vincente ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Godo Gøl was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. In the 95th minute Sharma Cavani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Godo Gøl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Narciso Vincente managed to get in a good position for a shot. Charmander City's supporters rose to their feet, but Narciso Vincente was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Godo Gøl breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
