Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nicky De Scheper started the match with the kick off. Zeferino Távora made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicky De Scheper in the 4th minute of play. RWDM were awarded a corner in the 8th minute after Tasso FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Anthony Coenens took the corner. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vivaldo Vilalobos during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 8 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Tasso FC! The referee gave RWDM a penalty, 10 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Anthony Coenens, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Tasso FC's Zeferino Távora. 0-1. Zeferino Távora took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Octavian Weijnandts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Nicky De Scheper came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the RWDM fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicky De Scheper couldn't finish the play. Zeferino Távora showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bass Boffin, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. The supporters of RWDM booed when Tasso FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hermes Moutinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bass Boffin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jaakkima Kinisjärvi took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zeferino Távora. Zeferino Távora dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 26 minutes into the game, Arnold Bosmans threw the ball into play from the sideline. Tasso FC's Hermes Moutinho quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 28th minute Nicky De Scheper shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeferino Távora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Octavian Weijnandts hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 40th match minute, RWDM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Billie De Weijngaert to maneuver through the defense. Zeferino Távora showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicky De Scheper in the 43rd minute of the match. Zeferino Távora didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nicky De Scheper went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Zeferino Távora took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matthieu Torfs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Patrício Tomé was the one to do the kick off. Kobe Huysmans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeferino Távora having to interfere. In the 54th minute, Jaakkima Kinisjärvi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Zeferino Távora. The goal made the score 0-4. With a little luck, Tasso FC's Zeferino Távora got control of the ball when Anthony Coenens tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nicky De Scheper received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Zeferino Távora tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as RWDM's Nicky De Scheper slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Zeferino Távora. That made the score 0-5 after 63 minutes of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patrício Tomé in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Saturnino Vargas saved RWDM from getting behind. A collision led to Tasso FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Nuno Leão hit a great ball. After 78 played minutes Tasso FC got a freekick which was hit by Patrício Tomé. 79 minutes into the match, Tasso FC's goalkeeper Zeferino Távora had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Octavian Weijnandts. In the 85th minute, Nicky De Scheper reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Zeferino Távora. The goal made the score 0-7. Zeferino Távora didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Octavian Weijnandts went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. RWDM's Nicky De Scheper got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 94th minute, Nicky De Scheper left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The RWDM fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-9. The Tasso FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. RWDM were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
