Danilo Martinez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silverio Corderun having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waldir Urbano in the 20th minute of play forced ManagerZone Academy's goalkeeper Sergio Romero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in ManagerZone Academy's zone, Waldir Urbano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sergio Romero came out of the goal and Waldir Urbano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tasso FC's Silverio Corderun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steve Hyuga in the 23rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waldir Urbano in the 25th minute of play forced ManagerZone Academy's goalkeeper Sergio Romero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Waldir Urbano might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sergio Romero. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Waldir Urbano ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 30th minute Waldir Urbano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergio Romero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th match minute, Tasso FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by León Zambrano to maneuver through the defense. Tasso FC's Waldir Urbano got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 34 played minutes ManagerZone Academy got a freekick which was hit by Gregorio Senio. Waldir Urbano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sergio Romero having to make a save. Sergio Romero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waldir Urbano in the 39th minute of play. Waldir Urbano struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Sergio Romero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tasso FC. In the 43rd minute, Tasso FC's Waldir Urbano dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Waldir Urbano made a kick off. If Waldir Urbano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 52 minutes into the match, ManagerZone Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Waldir Urbano came free, but Sergio Romero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 55th match minute, ManagerZone Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Natalio Jacob to maneuver through the defense. Sergio Romero came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Tasso FC's Waldir Urbano. But to his dismay, Waldir Urbano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Moises Marcones kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Normando Fiúza might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sergio Romero. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
