Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Scofield Vinciguerra kicked off to start the match. Scofield Vinciguerras short, quick shot in the 3rdth minute got Casper Claes to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ciro Moscatelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot 10 in the game by Scofield Vinciguerra from a close distance when the talented Casper Claes managed to make a qualified save. Belgium's players were relieved. Ciro Moscatelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 12th minute of play. Ciro Moscatelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 13th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Belgium's goal looked a bit too open when Scofield Vinciguerra came free, but Casper Claes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Casper Claes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Scofield Vinciguerra went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 23 minutes into the match, Acilia Town's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Vanderstraeten came free, but Ciro Moscatelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Fidel Illan fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Acilia Town's protests and gave Fidel Illan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 24th match minute, Acilia Town was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fidel Illan to maneuver through the defense. If Edward Vanderstraeten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Acilia Town's Ciro Moscatelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 28th minute of play. Edward Vanderstraeten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Acilia Town's goalkeeper Ciro Moscatelli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Casper Claes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Scofield Vinciguerra in the 38th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Acilia Town's zone, Edward Vanderstraeten stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ciro Moscatelli came out of the goal and Edward Vanderstraeten tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Acilia Town made a substitution. Alvaro Recoba replaced Diego Tozzi. Acilia Town's Dieguinho Tande was substituted for Scofield Vinciguerra. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edward Vanderstraeten stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Edward Vanderstraeten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Ciro Moscatelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guillaume Bonte made in the 56th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Yves Dervaux. Edward Vanderstraeten recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 59th minute, Ovidiu Ciulei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ciro Moscatelli made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a good shot on target. In the 66th minute Edward Vanderstraeten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Moscatelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Belgium's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 67th minute. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 70th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Dieguinho Tande might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Casper Claes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dieguinho Tande ran back to his position shaking his head. Casper Claes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dieguinho Tande in the 78th minute of play. After 81 played minutes Belgium got a freekick which was hit by Nigel Devos. Edward Vanderstraetens short, quick shot in the 84thth minute got Ciro Moscatelli to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of Belgium booed when Acilia Town was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ezequiel Ceballos didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edward Vanderstraeten got free with Ciro Moscatelli in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Acilia Town booed when Belgium was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillaume Bonte didn't get a good kick on the ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
