Li Lin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Tommy Kahn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sonic Ball in the 9th minute. If Albin Holweck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Moose Knuckles's zone, Frank Sachs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Li Lin came out of the goal and Frank Sachs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vecdet Baştürk in the 20th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Li Lin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frank Sachs's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Sonic Ball hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Moose Knuckles's Li Lin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Sachs in the 26th minute of play. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vecdet Baştürk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wiktor Kjellqvist in the 31st minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wiktor Kjellqvist. When the match clock showed 35 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Vecdet Baştürk sped through Germany's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. In the 40th minute, Aloyzas Valys made a precise shot to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. 44 minutes into the game, Moose Knuckles's Aloyzas Valys nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Moose Knuckles's Jedrzej Beninda was substituted for Vecdet Baştürk. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The wind increased when Frank Sachs made the kick off in the second half. Frank Sachs's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Li Lin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Moose Knuckles's Li Lin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Moose Knuckles from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wiktor Kjellqvist in the 64th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aloyzas Valys charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aloyzas Valys the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Aloyzas Valys kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 81st match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albin Holweck to maneuver through the defense. Moose Knuckles's Bernardas Eidintas was substituted for Venancio Nardo. Albin Holweck hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wiktor Kjellqvist in the 86th minute of play. After 87 minutes Germany's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sonic Ball who took care of the corner kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jedrzej Beninda in the 88th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 94 minutes into the match, Jedrzej Beninda notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Moose Knuckles's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
