In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Szentgotthárd's goalkeeper Lénárd Gervai, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Máté Dárdai to strike the kick off in the second half. Gábor Sebestyén kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. If Adrian Dreifuss had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Szentgotthárd's Lénárd Gervai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albin Holweck in the 85th minute of play.
