The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Antal Valentin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Antal Valentin struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Sari Kanarya didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. A collision led to EdirneSpor getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Gani Argün hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hegedus Henrik in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sari Kanarya prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Major Barna hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. kaya Bal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 32nd minute of play forced EdirneSpor's goalkeeper Sari Kanarya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

With a little luck, EdirneSpor's Sari Kanarya got control of the ball when Antal Valentin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sari Kanarya made an important save on a dangerous shot by Major Barna in the 56th minute. In the 56th match minute, Hungary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Takacs Tibor to maneuver through the defense. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nazil Mürsel in the 59th minute of play. Antal Valentin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. With an all-out effort, Hungary's Sari Kanarya threw himself towards the right post 63 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Major Barna, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Hungary's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Antal Valentin in the 64th minute. 66 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Hungary's Major Barna fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Sari Kanarya made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Major Barna sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Hungary's Antal Valentin got a free kick in the 74th minute. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from kaya Bal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. kaya Bal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. Hungary's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
