Gustaaf Groeneveldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dino Zoff having to interfere. Dino Zoff made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 8th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, 11ABRASIL's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaaf Groeneveldt came free, but Dino Zoff reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dino Zoff showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wim Wilmes, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Dino Zoff took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 19 minutes, Arnout Reekers successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Borys Ciszewski in the 21st minute of play. Dino Zoff showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 31 minutes into the game, Netherlands's Wim Wilmes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dino Zoff made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 34 played minutes Netherlands got a freekick which was hit by David Eikelkamp. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Muhammed Salah, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. A collision led to Netherlands getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Bas Tuitert hit a great ball. Arnout Reekers came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by 11ABRASIL's German Birila. But to his dismay, German Birila quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Gustaaf Groeneveldt struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Dino Zoff didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Netherlands. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Muhammed Salah in the 56th minute of play. Gustaaf Groeneveldt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Dino Zoff made a huge save. Gustaaf Groeneveldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Dino Zoff tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 11ABRASIL's Dino Zoff proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save 11ABRASIL from getting a goal against them. Dino Zoff stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gustaaf Groeneveldt's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Netherlands's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 69th minute. Dino Zoff made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wim Wilmes in the 71st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 73rd minute of play forced 11ABRASIL's goalkeeper Dino Zoff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 73 minutes into the game, Gijsbert ter Kruimer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Dino Zoff was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 76th minute Eusébio Pelé shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 11ABRASIL's Dino Zoff proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save 11ABRASIL from getting a goal against them. A collision led to 11ABRASIL getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Kalidou Koulibaly hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dino Zoff saved 11ABRASIL from getting behind. The 11ABRASIL supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Netherlands's performance. The match ended with a win for Netherlands.
