Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Gijsbert ter Kruimer made the kick off which started today's match. After having played for 8 minutes, Gijsbert ter Kruimer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Netherlands's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gijsbert ter Kruimer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 10 minutes into the match, Salmuera CP's goal looked a bit too open when David Eikelkamp came free, but Ruperto Maria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Costin Duca in the 11th minute of play. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Gopala Pillai in the 25th minute of play. Ruperto Maria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Wim Wilmes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Netherlands's supporters rose to their feet, but Wim Wilmes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ruperto Maria breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Costin Duca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ruperto Maria showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wim Wilmes in the 32nd minute of the match. Pablo Martinez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If David Eikelkamp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnout Reekers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fan Xing Zhou in the 43rd minute. After 45 played minutes Salmuera CP got a freekick which was hit by Fan Xing Zhou. Gijsbert ter Kruimer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
In the 53rd minute, Liberto Millar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fan Xing Zhou scored 2-0 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arnout Reekers, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torcuato Herrero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 67th minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Netherlands fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Ali Gopala Pillai took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arnout Reekers. Arnout Reekers dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Costin Duca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ruperto Maria showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 75th minute of the match. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Gopala Pillai in the 77th minute of play. Lars Meesters received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Ruperto Maria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Costin Duca in the 81st minute of the match. Wim Wilmes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruperto Maria having to interfere. With a little luck, Salmuera CP's Ruperto Maria got control of the ball when David Eikelkamp tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bas Tuitert hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Fan Xing Zhou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Arnout Reekers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Salmuera CP were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Netherlands for a fine match.
