In the 15th minute of the game Muzafer Mašić made a throw-in which Murat Zelenika played forward. With a little luck, Italy's Flavio Vittori got control of the ball when Murat Zelenika tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 18th match minute, Italy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sigfrido Auletta to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 20 minutes, Flavio Vittori successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Muzafer Mašić made in the 21st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Italy's Siricio Liotta. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Zaccheo Andolina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Italy's supporters rose to their feet, but Zaccheo Andolina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Giannis Konstantinou breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 29th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giannis Konstantinou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Slawomir Polkoski kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 31st minute of the match Sigfrido Auletta shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Giannis Konstantinou showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zaccheo Andolina in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Giannis Konstantinou prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 38th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giannis Konstantinou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Giannis Konstantinou stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zaccheo Andolina's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. Flavio Vittori was a little too slow when Slawomir Polkoski got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 45th minute. The score was now 1-2. The FK KLIS players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Italy were winning 1-2.

Flavio Vittori took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adnan Delić, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 60 minutes into the match, FK KLIS's goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but Giannis Konstantinou reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FK KLIS's Beno Perzivović was substituted for Zumbul Nurković. After 79 played minutes FK KLIS got a freekick which was hit by Murat Zelenika. After 83 minutes of play, Italy's Zaccheo Andolina made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Giannis Konstantinou was left in no man's land by his defense there! Italy made a substitution. Adriano Curto replaced Zaccheo Andolina. The crowd rose to their feet as Italy's Adriano Curto slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Giannis Konstantinou. That made the score 1-5 after 89 minutes of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Italy had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
