None of the them looked very eager to play. 肖青冰 started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Dostal in the 4th minute of play forced 巴塞罗那中国U22分校's goalkeeper 巩弘政 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Alan Rezek came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Czech Republic fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alan Rezek couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erik Jilek got free with 巩弘政 in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If 许霖岚 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alan Rezek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but 巩弘政 made a huge save. After some careless play in the 巴塞罗那中国U22分校 defense, Alan Rezek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of 巩弘政. The 巴塞罗那中国U22分校 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 巩弘政 should have stopped the shot. After 14 played minutes 巴塞罗那中国U22分校 got a freekick which was hit by Christian Dørum. 巩弘政 made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erik Jilek in the 15th minute. After a rather tough play, 巴塞罗那中国U22分校's 贺亦川 got a free kick in the 16th minute. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 许霖岚 in the 23rd minute of play. Vavrinec Holub took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 范峰默, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 许霖岚 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Vavrinec Holub tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vavrinec Holub showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 肖青冰 in the 39th minute of the match. 巴塞罗那中国U22分校's 巩弘政 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save 巴塞罗那中国U22分校 from getting a goal against them. The 巴塞罗那中国U22分校 fans' excitement grew in the 46th match minute when 巴塞罗那中国U22分校's 肖青冰 looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Denis Dostal struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. 巩弘政 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Czech Republic. In the 55th minute, 肖青冰 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vavrinec Holub was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Vavrinec Holub showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 刘晨霆, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. 巩弘政 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Dostal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 巩弘政 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denis Dostal in the 72nd minute of play. After having played for 74 minutes, 刘晨霆 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 巴塞罗那中国U22分校's supporters crossed their fingers, but 刘晨霆 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 76 played minutes 巴塞罗那中国U22分校 got a freekick which was hit by 许霖岚. The supporters of 巴塞罗那中国U22分校 booed when Czech Republic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kvetoslav Janku didn't get a good kick on the ball. 许霖岚 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 82 played minutes Czech Republic got a freekick which was hit by Alan Rezek. In the 89th minute Denis Dostal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 巩弘政 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 96 minutes, Vavrinec Holub successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
