Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kryspin Piechna in the 6th minute of the match. After 8 minutes Germany's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fulgencio Cristofol who took care of the corner kick. When Gualterio Faron came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Antonio Vespucio Liberti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gualterio Faron couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rafael Quinten got free with Tommy Kahn in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tommy Kahn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gualterio Faron in the 27th minute. Germany's Tommy Kahn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Germany from getting a goal against them. Elpidio Txomin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frank Sachs's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. 35 minutes into the game, Adrian Dreifuss was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Germany's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Antonio Vespucio Liberti the free kick. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fulgencio Cristofol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kryspin Piechna made a kick off. In the 51st minute Teobald Pieprz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Antonio Vespucio Liberti booed when Germany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albin Holweck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Janik Vogt hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute, Fulgencio Cristofol sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Germany's Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move. When the referee ended the match the Antonio Vespucio Liberti players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
