Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Wilson Amorim came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by MINEIROS's Mário Maradona. But to his dismay, Mário Maradona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 7th match minute, Portugal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Viriato Moura to maneuver through the defense. Mário Maradona blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wilson Amorim having to make a save. 8 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Mário Maradona came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 12th minute MINEIROS were awarded a corner. Humberto Severo went to the cornerflag to take it. MINEIROS's Hao Zhan Ping was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Wilson Amorim in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 13th match minute, MINEIROS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clóvis Rezende to maneuver through the defense. In the 17th minute Mário Maradona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thommy Jadis made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Felipe Barreto sent off a good shot on target. Mário Maradona took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 32 minutes into the game, MINEIROS's Mário Maradona nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wilson Amorim made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viriato Moura in the 38th minute of play forced MINEIROS's goalkeeper Thommy Jadis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 41 minutes into the match, MINEIROS's goalkeeper Thommy Jadis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Viriato Moura. In the 44th minute Caetano Moreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thommy Jadis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute, Portugal's Viriato Moura ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Thommy Jadis. Thommy Jadis yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Viriato Moura was the one to do the kick off. Clóvis Rezende made in the 51st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Portugal's Rodolfo Miranda. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mário Maradona in the 55th minute of play. Miguel Paredes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilson Amorim having to interfere. When Mário Maradona came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the MINEIROS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mário Maradona couldn't finish the play. Thommy Jadis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viriato Moura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute MINEIROS were awarded a corner. Humberto Severo went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on MINEIROS's corner Miguel Paredes fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Wilson Amorim quite easily take care of the ball. MINEIROS's Bon Čáp was substituted for Mário Maradona. Teodoro Heidemann hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Portugal's zone, Bon Čáp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilson Amorim came out of the goal and Bon Čáp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thommy Jadis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caetano Moreira in the 74th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartolomeu Dias in the 75th minute of play forced MINEIROS's goalkeeper Thommy Jadis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75th minute, Bartolomeu Dias left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Portugal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. In the 78th minute Bartolomeu Dias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thommy Jadis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, MINEIROS's Bon Čáp sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wilson Amorim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 83rd minute, Bon Čáp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wilson Amorim was out of position in the 89 minute of play, and Bon Čáp capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bon Čáp really showed his touch with that goal: 3-4. The throw-in from Clóvis Rezende in the 92nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Portugal's Daniel Pimentel.
