Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute, Bertram Svenningsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, -BZF- Valea Buzăului's Ioan Tudora got a free kick in the 6th minute. A collision led to -BZF- Valea Buzăului getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Călin Popârcea hit a great ball. The supporters of Denmark booed when -BZF- Valea Buzăului was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ioan Tudora didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 10 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Simon Bendtsen. Keld Paulsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Călin Itoafă, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Călin Itoafă in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Keld Paulsen saved Denmark from getting behind. Cosmin Constantin hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. 18 minutes into the match, Chris Nygaard had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Damian Macovei. -BZF- Valea Buzăului's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Chris Nygaard was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. With an all-out effort, Denmark's Damian Macovei threw himself towards the right post 22 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Chris Nygaard, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Dănuț Roman scored 1-1 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Keld Paulsen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 27 played minutes -BZF- Valea Buzăului got a freekick which was hit by Iona Tudora. Cosmin Iancu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Keld Paulsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the last second Damian Macovei throw himself and got hold of the ball when Chris Nygaard in the 37thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. 39 minutes in the game Călin Popârcea did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Călin Itoafă. Chris Nygaard's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Damian Macovei read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Cosmin Iancu kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Chris Nygaard received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Damian Macovei came out and tried to block the shot, but Chris Nygaard slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 45th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Chris Nygaard made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Chris Nygaard notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of -BZF- Valea Buzăului's Damian Macovei. Damian Macovei was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of -BZF- Valea Buzăului booed when Denmark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bjarne Kirkegaard didn't get a good kick on the ball. -BZF- Valea Buzăului's Ioan Tudora shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 58th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Keld Paulsen but with some difficulty. In the 62nd minute, Chris Nygaard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ioan Tudora fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keld Paulsen having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, Denmark's goal looked a bit too open when Dănuț Roman came free, but Keld Paulsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Călin Itoafă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Călin Popârcea during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Călin Popârcea kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. In the 82nd match minute, Denmark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bertram Svenningsen to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in -BZF- Valea Buzăului's zone, Lars Steen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damian Macovei came out of the goal and Lars Steen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cosmin Iancu in the 87th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Călin Itoafă. When Călin Itoafă fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored -BZF- Valea Buzăului's protests and gave Călin Itoafă a yellow card for diving instead. Chris Nygaard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damian Macovei having to interfere. Denmark's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
