After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Antal Valentin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mahir Sanak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fodor Daniel was out of position in the 11 minute of play, and Yaari Akram capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Yaari Akram really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 16 minutes into the match, Fenerbahçe51's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Mahir Sanak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 19 minutes, Clemente Anaya managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fenerbahçe51's supporters crossed their fingers, but Clemente Anaya was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mahir Sanak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Takacs Tibor in the 24th minute of play. 24 minutes into the game, Hungary's Takacs Tibor nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mahir Sanak made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Balazs Lajos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Takacs Tibor in the 32nd minute of play forced Fenerbahçe51's goalkeeper Mahir Sanak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd match minute, Hungary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hegedus Henrik to maneuver through the defense. Fodor Daniel made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Clemente Anaya sent off a good shot on target. When Antal Valentin came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antal Valentin couldn't finish the play. Mahir Sanak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 43 minutes had been played when some careless play by Fenerbahçe51's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Antal Valentin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Mahir Sanak quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Yaari Akram struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Fodor Daniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fenerbahçe51. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Antal Valentin made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Fenerbahçe51 defense, Takacs Tibor kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mahir Sanak. The Fenerbahçe51 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mahir Sanak should have stopped the shot. 58 minutes into the game, Fenerbahçe51's Clemente Anaya nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fodor Daniel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clemente Anaya in the 67th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute, Balazs Lajos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mahir Sanak was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Antal Valentin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Mahir Sanak made a huge save. In the 74th minute, Hungary's Antal Valentin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mahir Sanak. Mahir Sanak yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Balazs Lajos got free with Mahir Sanak in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Fenerbahçe51's Yaari Akram got a free kick in the 86th minute. Mahir Sanak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hungary played a much better game than Fenerbahçe51 and deserved their victory. The Fenerbahçe51 players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
