When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edward Vanderstraeten made a kick off. Edward Vanderstraeten who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 52ndth minute tested the skills of Cornel Luncaniță when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Edward Vanderstraeten had several of the Segelbut IF's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 52 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-3 score and a disappointed Cornel Luncaniță as he didn't even see the shot coming. Belgium had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
