Without hesitation aimed to the right of Karol Haskiewicz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, Spiro's Chance Edmonds got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 24thth minute of the game Chris Nygaard who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Spiro's Karol Haskiewicz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 30 minutes of play, Spiro's Jullian Goris made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Keld Paulsen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jullian Goris scored 0-2 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Keld Paulsen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chance Edmonds in the 47th minute of play forced Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Spiro were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Chris Nygaard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karol Haskiewicz having to interfere. After 54 minutes, Leland Sierra mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Spiro and the Denmark players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 96th match minute, Spiro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alistair Soto to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Spiro eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
