After some careless play in the Germany defense, Wen Yin Zhen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommy Kahn. The Germany fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommy Kahn should have stopped the shot. 44 minutes into the match, Luizão Alagoano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luizão Alagoano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. In the 47th match minute, Birmingham Railers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Vítor Trevisan to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Frank Sachs made the kick off in the second half. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Álvaro de Brito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 87thth minute of the game Wen Yin Zhen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Germany's Tommy Kahn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 89 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Dreifuss. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anakoz Amer in the 91st minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Anakoz Amer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. There was no doubt that Birmingham Railers FC were the better team. Birmingham Railers FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
