Gate To The Hell
Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Izydor Smolak made the kick off which started today's match. Wim Wilmes might have been able to make a better finish in the 2nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jean-Marie Van Landschoot. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wim Wilmes ran back to his position shaking his head. Gustaaf Groeneveldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Jean-Marie Van Landschoot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. HellBoys Sieradz's Jean-Marie Van Landschoot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 9th minute of play. Jean-Marie Van Landschoot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 13th minute of play. HellBoys Sieradz:s Jean-Marie Van Landschoot showed great skill when he stopped Gijsbert ter Kruimer:s penalty. 16 minutes into the match, Gijsbert ter Kruimer notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of HellBoys Sieradz's Jean-Marie Van Landschoot. Jean-Marie Van Landschoot was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Gustaaf Groeneveldt came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Netherlands fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gustaaf Groeneveldt couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Netherlands's Arnout Reekers got control of the ball when Izydor Smolak tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gijsbert ter Kruimer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jean-Marie Van Landschoot read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Arnout Reekers was a little too slow when Izydor Smolak got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 1-1. HellBoys Sieradz's Jean-Marie Van Landschoot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 32nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 34th minute of play forced HellBoys Sieradz's goalkeeper Jean-Marie Van Landschoot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute, Gijsbert ter Kruimer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 41 minutes into the match, HellBoys Sieradz's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Wilmes came free, but Jean-Marie Van Landschoot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 42 minutes had been played when some careless play by HellBoys Sieradz's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was slow to take the kick. During this time Netherlands's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Gijsbert ter Kruimer got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jean-Marie Van Landschoot quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 46 minutes into the match, Netherlands's David Eikelkamp sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jean-Marie Van Landschoot narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gijsbert ter Kruimer made a kick off. David Eikelkamp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wim Wilmes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jean-Marie Van Landschoot read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. The supporters of Netherlands booed when HellBoys Sieradz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tymoteusz Bierfass didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wim Wilmes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gustaaf Groeneveldt's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 60thth minute, Jean-Marie Van Landschoot skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Szczepan Piwowarski during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Netherlands booed when HellBoys Sieradz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Szczepan Piwowarski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Izydor Smolak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jean-Marie Van Landschoot didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, HellBoys Sieradz's Tymoteusz Bierfass got a free kick in the 79th minute. 81 minutes into the match, Netherlands's Lars Meesters sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jean-Marie Van Landschoot narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 81st minute, Lars Meesters ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jean-Marie Van Landschoot was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Jean-Marie Van Landschoot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Meesters in the 83rd minute of play. Gustaaf Groeneveldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Jean-Marie Van Landschoot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Leon Klocko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, HellBoys Sieradz's Szczepan Piwowarski got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Thanks to some nice moves Gustaaf Groeneveldt could shoot a difficult shot in the 95th minute, which Jean-Marie Van Landschoot however easily saved by the left post. The Netherlands players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
