Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Frank Sachs made the kick off which started today's match. After 5 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Willy Stieler. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot. Germany's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Sachs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iordache Boteanu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 14th minute, Elvijs Presley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Albin Holweck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Iordache Boteanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Sachs got free with Iordache Boteanu in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eskil Blohme made in the 35th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Søren Kierkegaard immediately put the ball in play. Frank Sachss short, quick shot in the 39thth minute got Iordache Boteanu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 46th minute, Frank Sachs reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Iordache Boteanu. The goal made the score 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aleksander Mellin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Chris Mergenthaler hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Søren Kierkegaard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frank Sachs in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iordache Boteanu saved Klostergårdens FK from getting behind. Tommy Kahn was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Elvijs Presley. If Albin Holweck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Søren Kierkegaard struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Tommy Kahn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Klostergårdens FK. After a rather tough play, Germany's Janik Vogt got a free kick in the 66th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Søren Kierkegaard in the 74th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frank Sachs's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Iordache Boteanu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Iordache Boteanu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Frank Sachs went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Iordache Boteanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albin Holweck, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Chris Mergenthaler charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Chris Mergenthaler the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Chris Mergenthaler hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Janik Vogt was shown his second yellow card after 93 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 93 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Germany! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aleksander Mellin in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tommy Kahn saved Germany from getting behind. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Germany fans cheered their team off the field, for while Klostergårdens FK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
