Belgium's Sander Dermaut quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Milosz Wiater, made in the 46th minute of the game. The supporters of Belgium booed when Sieroszewice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Witomir Walentowicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Edward Vanderstraeten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christian Bale read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. In the 77th minute, Edward Vanderstraeten left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Belgium fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. A hard shot 90 in the game by Zachary Kosmatka from a close distance when the talented Casper Claes managed to make a qualified save. Belgium's players were relieved. Milosz Wiater hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. 94 minutes into the match, Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Christian Bale narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Belgium fans cheered their team off the field, for while Sieroszewice had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
