Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Frank Peletier kicked off to start the match. After 2 played minutes Watford FC got a freekick which was hit by Philip Håning. Watford FC's Ben Foster played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Peletier in the 3rd minute of play. Jean Bombelles made in the 5th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Robert Chapuis however managed to control. 6 minutes into the match, Jonathan Soon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maxime Durand. France's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonathan Soon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 10 minutes into the match, Watford FC's goal looked a bit too open when Camille Baume came free, but Ben Foster reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maxime Durand made an important save on a dangerous shot by Philip Håning in the 13th minute. 14 minutes into the game, Watford FC's Jonathan Soon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maxime Durand made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After a rather tough play, Watford FC's Josef Sjöberg got a free kick in the 16th minute. Watford FC's Ben Foster played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Peletier in the 17th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Watford FC's Philip Håning sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maxime Durand narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 21st minute Frank Peletier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ben Foster saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Philip Håning could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Maxime Durand made a huge save. 23 minutes had been played when some careless play by France's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ludvig Åkerman was slow to take the kick. During this time Watford FC's players had a chance to rest. At last the ball reached Alexandre Carrasqueira at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of France. 3-0. Philip Hånings short, quick shot in the 29thth minute got Maxime Durand to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camille Baume in the 34th minute of play forced Watford FC's goalkeeper Ben Foster to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 39 minutes in the game Roy Lönn did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Philip Håning. Jonathan Soon received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Maxime Durand came out and tried to block the shot, but Jonathan Soon slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 40th minute. Ben Foster didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Frank Peletier went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jonathan Soon was the one to do the kick off. Jean Bombelles kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. After having played for 56 minutes, Jonathan Soon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Watford FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonathan Soon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Maxime Durand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Philip Håning, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th minute, Alexandre Carrasqueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Philip Håning in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maxime Durand prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Frank Peletier's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 65thth minute, Ben Foster skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Philip Håning scored 6-1 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maxime Durand, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Camille Baume got free with Ben Foster in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Maxime Durand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Philip Håning in the 74th minute of play. Maxime Durand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Philip Håning, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Watford FC's Ben Foster proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Watford FC from getting a goal against them. Philip Håning sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. Maxime Durand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Philip Håning in the 93rd minute of the match. 95 minutes into the game, Watford FC's Jonathan Soon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maxime Durand made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1. Many of France's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. France may have spent more time on the ball, but Watford FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
