Osman Batur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Tommy Kahn made a huge save. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Refik Artuç in the 10th minute of play. 10 minutes into the game, Ahmet Refik Artuç cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Albin Holweck's late challenge caught a SvS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Albin Holweck helped the player get up and apologised. Albin Holweck kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Refik Artuç in the 16th minute of play. With a little luck, Germany's Tommy Kahn got control of the ball when Nusrettin Zeki tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Nusrettin Zeki could shoot a difficult shot in the 17th minute, which Tommy Kahn however easily saved by the left post. Tarık Vahapoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 21st minute of play. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Liu Shu Zhan, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. With a little luck, Germany's Tommy Kahn got control of the ball when Osman Batur tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Ahmet Refik Artuç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tommy Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Liu Shu Zhan went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Tarık Vahapoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albin Holweck, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Frank Sachs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tarık Vahapoğlu having to interfere. After 38 played minutes SvS got a freekick which was hit by Serter Tandoruk. Qwinton Esteban hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Liu Shu Zhan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Kahn was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frank Sachs to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, Adrian Dreifuss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Primus Imperatore managed to get in a good position for a shot. SvS's supporters rose to their feet, but Primus Imperatore was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Kahn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Germany were awarded a corner in the 61th minute after SvS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Frank Sachs took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Frank Sachs got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tarık Vahapoğlu quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 62 minutes into the match, SvS's goal looked a bit too open when Ulrich Stein came free, but Tarık Vahapoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ahmet Refik Artuç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Dreifuss to maneuver through the defense. Baran Alp İnanç kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Refik Artuç in the 69th minute of the match. Frank Sachs's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tarık Vahapoğlu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Frank Sachs hit a great ball. In the 74th match minute, SvS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baran Alp İnanç to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, SvS's Qwinton Esteban got a free kick in the 77th minute. Baran Alp İnanç kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. After having played for 84 minutes, Osman Batur managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SvS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Osman Batur was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 91 minutes into the game, SvS's Osman Batur nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tommy Kahn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nusrettin Zeki in the 96th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
