Amável Quintas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hungary were awarded a corner in the 4th minute after Rio de la Plata 91218 3-1's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antal Valentin took the corner. The corner led Hungary's Antal Valentin to fire away a dangerous shot which Amável Quintas despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Rio de la Plata 91218 3-1's Lopez Murphy got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 9 minutes into the match, Rio de la Plata 91218 3-1's goalkeeper Amável Quintas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antal Valentin. The supporters of Hungary booed when Rio de la Plata 91218 3-1 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dante Palban didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amável Quintas made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Major Barna sent off a good shot on target. Amável Quintas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. Amável Quintas made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Antal Valentin sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Hungary booed when Rio de la Plata 91218 3-1 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Quiroga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Major Barna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Amável Quintas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amável Quintas came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Major Barna. But to his dismay, Major Barna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Astor Estevez in the 43rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Amável Quintas in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Antal Valentin to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Rio de la Plata 91218 3-1's goalkeeper Amável Quintas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rio de la Plata 91218 3-1's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Hungary's Takacs Tibor to fire away a dangerous shot which Amável Quintas despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 54th minute, Antal Valentin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Antal Valentin struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Amável Quintas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. Amável Quintas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Balazs Lajos went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. 64 minutes into the game, Takacs Tibor cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Amável Quintas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 67 minutes of play, Hungary's Major Barna made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amável Quintas was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 71st minute, Szekeres Tamas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fodor Daniel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dante Palban in the 72nd minute. 73 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hungary's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dante Palban was slow to take the kick. During this time Rio de la Plata 91218 3-1's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Rio de la Plata 91218 3-1's Nicanor Veronica getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 81 minutes into the game, Hungary's Antal Valentin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amável Quintas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Luciano Sesuldo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Fodor Daniel made a huge save. 89 minutes into the match, Astor Estevez dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fodor Daniel, 5-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicanor Veronica in the 94th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute of the match Rio de la Plata 91218 3-1 got a corner. Hungary's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dante Palban ran over to the corner to take the kick. There was no doubt that Hungary were the better team. Hungary's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
