Belarmo Sánchez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antal Valentin's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. After 17 minutes of play, Hungary's Major Barna made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Belarmo Sánchez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Belarmo Sánchez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Balazs Lajos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antal Valentin in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Belarmo Sánchez saved Cometuétano from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Antal Valentin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Belarmo Sánchez was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. In the 26th minute Antal Valentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Belarmo Sánchez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Major Barna kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. The supporters of Cometuétano booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bakos Endre didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antal Valentin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Belarmo Sánchez made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Major Barna sent off a good shot on target. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Belarmo Sánchez having to interfere. Hegedus Henrik struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Belarmo Sánchez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. Cometuétano made a substitution. Kepa Portillo replaced Alejandro Sevilla. After 64 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Boros Benedek. Antoni Paris, 65 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Belarmo Sánchez made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Antal Valentin sent off a good shot on target. Cometuétano's defense didn't have a chance, in the 81st minute, when Major Barna scored to the left of an out of position Belarmo Sánchez, making the score, 0-4. In the 85th minute, Hungary's Major Barna ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Belarmo Sánchez. Belarmo Sánchez yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. Belarmo Sánchez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 87th minute of the match. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kepa Portillo in the 91st minute of play. Hungary's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
