When Pio Tul came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Yakusoku no Neverland fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pio Tul couldn't finish the play. 24 minutes into the game, Perrando Morales was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Yakusoku no Neverland's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Denmark the free kick. Urtats Sainz shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Osorio Vargas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chris Nygaard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47th minute, Lars Steen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Chris Nygaard made a kick off. Bertram Svenningsen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chris Nygaard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chris Nygaard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Osorio Vargas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Osorio Vargas was a little too slow when Chris Nygaard got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 0-1. A collision led to Yakusoku no Neverland getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Hector Ungo hit a great ball. In the 77th minute, Mikkel Wulff hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Denmark's Chris Nygaard got a free kick in the 81st minute. Chris Nygaard hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Karlo Fortes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yakusoku no Neverland's supporters rose to their feet, but Karlo Fortes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Keld Paulsen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 86th minute, Bertram Svenningsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 89 minutes in the game Hector Ungo did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Pio Tul. Zabal Olanda charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zabal Olanda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bertram Svenningsen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Zabal Olanda was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 96 minutes had been played. After 97 played minutes Yakusoku no Neverland got a freekick which was hit by Zabal Olanda.
