Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Toni Mauzer started the match with the kick off. With a little luck, SK Slavoj Vyšehrad's Miloslav Pícha got control of the ball when Dinko Stankovic tried to sneak it across the goal line. Neven Culina came free with the goalkeeper in the 4th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Miloslav Pícha could save by the left post. A throw-in in the 12th minute of the game was made by Silvije Santek with Dinko Stankovic as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Damir Pongrac scored 2-0 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Miloslav Pícha, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 18th minute Toni Mauzer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miloslav Pícha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Croatia's Martin Bosak got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With 23 minutes on the clock, Pavel Kužel commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 24th match minute, SK Slavoj Vyšehrad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pavel Kužel to maneuver through the defense. Toni Mauzer struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Miloslav Pícha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Croatia. SK Slavoj Vyšehrad's Miloslav Pícha proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save SK Slavoj Vyšehrad from getting a goal against them. Miloslav Pícha came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Croatia's Neven Culina. But to his dismay, Neven Culina quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Dinko Stankovic was extremely unlucky when he, in the 34th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The audience thought a goal was coming when Damir Pongrac got free with Miloslav Pícha in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Croatia's Martin Bosak got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 39 minutes into the game, Damir Pongrac recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Miloslav Pícha. Damir Pongrac showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-1. Toni Mauzer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Miloslav Pícha made a huge save. After a rather tough play, SK Slavoj Vyšehrad's Radek Pleskot got a free kick in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Radek Pleskot made a kick off. A throw-in in the 51st minute of the game was made by Martin Bosak with Toni Mauzer as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Toni Mauzer in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Miloslav Pícha saved SK Slavoj Vyšehrad from getting behind. Damir Pongrac received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Miloslav Pícha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Miloslav Pícha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toni Mauzer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Damir Pongrac had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. SK Slavoj Vyšehrad's Miloslav Pícha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toni Mauzer in the 68th minute of play. In the 71st minute Toni Mauzer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miloslav Pícha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the SK Slavoj Vyšehrad defense, Dinko Stankovic kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Miloslav Pícha. The SK Slavoj Vyšehrad fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Miloslav Pícha should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, SK Slavoj Vyšehrad's Ilja Plíhal got a free kick in the 77th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eduard Kostelac in the 78th minute of play forced SK Slavoj Vyšehrad's goalkeeper Miloslav Pícha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Damir Pongrac sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88th minute, Dinko Stankovic got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Miloslav Pícha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Toni Mauzer in the 89th minute of the match. Miloslav Pícha came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Croatia's Damir Pongrac. But to his dismay, Damir Pongrac quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. Silvije Santek kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Croatia's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
