Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chris Nygaard in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alexandros Aggelopoulos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 14 minutes into the match, Marcel Encioiu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Keld Paulsen, 1-0. 17 minutes into the game, Marcel Encioiu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Keld Paulsen. Marcel Encioiu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Dorel Beraru's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Keld Paulsen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. The Transilvania Impalers 06 fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when Transilvania Impalers 06's Marcel Encioiu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The crowd rose to their feet as Marcel Encioiu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Keld Paulsen. That made the score 4-0 in the 28 minute of play. The supporters of Transilvania Impalers 06 booed when Denmark was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lars Steen didn't get a good kick on the ball. A long shot from Sabin Jivulescu in the 31st minute of play was well struck, but Keld Paulsen made a really good save at the right post. Denmark's Keld Paulsen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Denmark from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Transilvania Impalers 06 getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Marcel Encioiu hit a great ball. Kenn Skou's late challenge caught a Transilvania Impalers 06's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kenn Skou helped the player get up and apologised. After having played for 42 minutes, Marcel Encioiu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Transilvania Impalers 06's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcel Encioiu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Chris Nygaard made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chris Nygaard in the 53rd minute of play forced Transilvania Impalers 06's goalkeeper Alexandros Aggelopoulos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. During the 55th minute of the match Kenn Skou completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Kenn Skou a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 58 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Kenn Skou. In the 63rd minute Marcel Encioiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keld Paulsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 67th minute, Chris Nygaard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 69 minutes of play, Transilvania Impalers 06's Marcel Encioiu made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Keld Paulsen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Keld Paulsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcel Encioiu in the 72nd minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, Augustin Ailioaiei had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Keld Paulsen. Denmark's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Augustin Ailioaiei was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. In the 78th minute Marcel Encioiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keld Paulsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Roger Jansson put it in 8-0 from a short distance just to the right of Keld Paulsen. The throw-in from Dorel Beraru in the 87th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Denmark's Simon Bendtsen. In the 88th minute Marcel Encioiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keld Paulsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
