Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Hungary's Antal Valentin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 7th minute of the match, Antal Valentin got a very nice opportunity to score, but Artur Boruc was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 10 minutes into the match, Joga Bonito's goalkeeper Artur Boruc had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antal Valentin. In the 11th minute Hungary were awarded a corner. Antal Valentin went to the cornerflag to take it. After 18 minutes Joga Bonito's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. Ludomil Czaplicki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antal Valentin got free with Artur Boruc in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Major Barna got free with Artur Boruc in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Hungary's zone, Alejo Eleazar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal and Alejo Eleazar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejo Eleazar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luo Wei Xi to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 53rd minute of play forced Joga Bonito's goalkeeper Artur Boruc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Artur Boruc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57th minute of the match Hungary got a corner. Joga Bonito's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antal Valentin ran over to the corner to take the kick. After having played for 58 minutes, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antal Valentin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 61 minutes of play, Hungary's Major Barna made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Artur Boruc was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 66th minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Boruc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Artur Boruc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 68th minute of the match. When Takacs Tibor came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Takacs Tibor couldn't finish the play. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur Boruc having to interfere. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ludomil Czaplicki, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Takacs Tibor took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Artur Boruc. Artur Boruc dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Klas Jansson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 92 minutes into the match, Hungary's Antal Valentin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Artur Boruc narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Joga Bonito's goalkeeper Artur Boruc, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the Joga Bonito players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Hungary.
