The audience was convinced that Adria Bielsa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luis Täger was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. Froilan Reyes might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gabriel Ascaso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. It was Omar Toledo who took care of the corner kick. In the 20th minute Froilan Reyes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Ascaso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gabriel Ascaso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Froilan Reyes in the 21st minute of play. Luis Täger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Aranda in the 24th minute of the match. Luis Täger didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Omar Toledo went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. If Froilan Reyes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luis Täger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adria Bielsa, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Parque Europa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jon Cubero came free, but Luis Täger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as David Aranda kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Luis Täger. That made the score 2-0 in the 41 minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Omar Toledo made the kick off in the second half. Vicente Merino got a throw-in 52 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Omar Toledo.
