Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Froilan Reyes made the kick off which started today's match. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Froilan Reyes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Parque Europa FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Froilan Reyes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilson Amorim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Froilan Reyes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Wilson Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Froilan Reyes in the 8th minute of the match. A collision led to Portugal getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Faustino Almeida hit a great ball. In the 10th minute Froilan Reyes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Faustino Almeida hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Froilan Reyes might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilson Amorim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Froilan Reyes ran back to his position shaking his head. Faustino Almeida kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Portugal defense, Froilan Reyes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilson Amorim. The Portugal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilson Amorim should have stopped the shot. In the 25th minute Caetano Moreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Täger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27th minute, Viriato Moura reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Luis Täger. The goal made the score 1-1. Froilan Reyes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wilson Amorim read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute, Viriato Moura made a precise shot to the right of Luis Täger. Parque Europa FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Froilan Reyes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 39 minutes Portugal's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Samuel Ryynänen who took care of the corner kick. At last the ball reached Dario Casero at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Portugal. 2-2. In the 45th minute, Froilan Reyes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wilson Amorim was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Viriato Moura to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Parque Europa FC's Froilan Reyes dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-5. Wilson Amorim made an important save on a dangerous shot by Froilan Reyes in the 59th minute. Froilan Reyes might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilson Amorim. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Froilan Reyes ran back to his position shaking his head. Froilan Reyes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Wilson Amorim made a huge save. In the 64th minute, Rogelio Mendiola left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Parque Europa FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-6. Parque Europa FC's Coronel Castro suffered a concussion in the 68th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Caetano Moreira during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 87thth minute of the game Bartolomeu Dias who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Parque Europa FC's Luis Täger was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Portugal's Wilson Amorim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Portugal from getting a goal against them. 98 minutes into the game, Coronel Castro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Wilson Amorim. Coronel Castro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-8. The Parque Europa FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Parque Europa FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
