Gijsbert ter Kruimer was slow to take the kick. During this time Netherlands's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Blaise Legoff in the 13th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute Silvester Odell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. CD Belintxon Albacete's Silvestre Vilalobos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 19th minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, CD Belintxon Albacete's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Silvestre Vilalobos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvester Odell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the game, Edgard Breckenfeld recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Arnout Reekers. Edgard Breckenfeld showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 43rd minute of play forced CD Belintxon Albacete's goalkeeper Silvestre Vilalobos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 47 played minutes Netherlands got a freekick which was hit by Bas Tuitert. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Blasi Gabas in the 48th minute of play.

The wind increased when Edgard Breckenfeld made the kick off in the second half. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blasi Gabas in the 52nd minute of the match. Silvestre Vilalobos was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gustaaf Groeneveldt showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 54 minute of play. Arnout Reekers came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by CD Belintxon Albacete's Aniol Marrero. But to his dismay, Aniol Marrero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 61st minute, Wim Wilmes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgard Breckenfeld in the 63rd minute of play. Arnout Reekers stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edgard Breckenfeld's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Gijsbert ter Kruimer might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Silvestre Vilalobos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gijsbert ter Kruimer ran back to his position shaking his head. After 73 played minutes CD Belintxon Albacete got a freekick which was hit by Lain Villafane. CD Belintxon Albacete's Fernando Carballeira was substituted for Aniol Marrero. Lain Villafane hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. 75 minutes into the match, Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Silvestre Vilalobos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lars Meesters received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Silvestre Vilalobos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Blasi Gabas in the 81st minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gustaaf Groeneveldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvestre Vilalobos having to interfere. Santiago Dominguez hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Arnout Reekers didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Blaise Legoff went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Santiago Dominguez during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Santiago Dominguez hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Netherlands players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for CD Belintxon Albacete.
