Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the kick off in the first half of the match. Gijsbert ter Kruimer hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Gijsbert ter Kruimer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 11 minutes into the game, Northern California's Antonio Guillelme nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnout Reekers made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Guillelme, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Gijsbert ter Kruimer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. David Schembri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hector Martxel hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. When Otto Kotto fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Northern California's protests and gave Otto Kotto a yellow card for diving instead. Through an outstanding action, after 22 minutes, David Schembri successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 24 minutes into the match, Northern California's goalkeeper David Schembri had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabio Monte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Northern California's David Schembri got control of the ball when Gustaaf Groeneveldt tried to sneak it across the goal line. Northern California's David Schembri proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Northern California from getting a goal against them. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Guillelme, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Northern California's goal looked a bit too open when David Eikelkamp came free, but David Schembri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serafin Ilazki in the 41st minute of the match. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leandro Chorche in the 45th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fabio Monte to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Leandro Chorche came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonio Guillelme in the 57th minute of the match. Arnout Reekers was out of position in the 59 minute of play, and Fabio Monte capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fabio Monte really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Serafin Ilazki took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arnout Reekers. Arnout Reekers dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 68th minute Gustaaf Groeneveldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Schembri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69thth minute of the game Gijsbert ter Kruimer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Northern California's David Schembri was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gijsbert ter Kruimer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leandro Chorche got free with Arnout Reekers in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 75 played minutes Northern California got a freekick which was hit by Felix Kusko. Arnout Reekers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Guillelme, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Netherlands from getting a goal against them. After 84 minutes Northern California's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gijsbert ter Kruimer who took care of the corner kick. After a defensive mix-up in Northern California's zone, Gustaaf Groeneveldt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Schembri came out of the goal and Gustaaf Groeneveldt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Wim Wilmes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. David Schembri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 93rd minute of the match. After 93 minutes of play, Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. David Schembri was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Netherlands supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Northern California's performance. The match ended with a win for Northern California.
