If Gijsbert ter Kruimer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 11 minutes into the game, Netherlands's Wim Wilmes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Léo Sampaio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Décio Veiga in the 16th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Geovani Coutinho came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wim Wilmes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Léo Sampaio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wim Wilmes, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wim Wilmes in the 25th minute of play forced COURO COME FC's goalkeeper Léo Sampaio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iuri Cardozo in the 30th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st match minute, COURO COME FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iuri Cardozo to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rd minute of the match, Gijsbert ter Kruimer tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Léo Sampaio saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Léo Sampaio was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but David Eikelkamp showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 35 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wim Wilmes in the 37th minute of play forced COURO COME FC's goalkeeper Léo Sampaio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geovani Coutinho in the 38th minute of the match. COURO COME FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Wim Wilmes 39 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geovani Coutinho in the 45th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 48thth minute of the game Décio Veiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Netherlands's Arnout Reekers was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gijsbert ter Kruimer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Léo Sampaio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lars Meesters went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Léo Sampaio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Iuri Cardozo struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Arnout Reekers didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for COURO COME FC. In the 65th match minute, COURO COME FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marconi Søback to maneuver through the defense. Léo Sampaio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 66th minute of play. In the 72nd minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Léo Sampaio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 72 minutes into the game, Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Léo Sampaio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. In the 78th match minute, Netherlands was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars Meesters to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Netherlands defense, Geovani Coutinho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arnout Reekers. The Netherlands fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arnout Reekers should have stopped the shot. Léo Sampaio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 90th minute of play. 92 minutes into the game, Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Léo Sampaio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iuri Cardozo in the 95th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Netherlands players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
