Giacomo Casanova showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaccheo Andolina, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Flavio Vittori yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Loco Palermo kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The Montesacro FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Italy were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Loco Palermo made a kick off. Giacomo Casanova made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Porziano Marchitelli sent off a good shot on target. 58 minutes into the match, Zaccheo Andolina dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Giacomo Casanova, 1-3. A nice corner shot did that Sostene Vitulli got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Giacomo Casanova quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 90 played minutes Montesacro FC got a freekick which was hit by Juliusz Julien. Siricio Liotta succeeded in the game's 91st minute to get real power on a long shot . Montesacro FC's Giacomo Casanova hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 2-5! An unexpectedly hard shot by Adriano Curto in the 95th minute of play forced Montesacro FC's goalkeeper Giacomo Casanova to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Montesacro FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Italy were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
