Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Spain's Omar Toledo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cleto Firmins short, quick shot in the 2ndth minute got Gabriel Ascaso to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cleto Firmin in the 9th minute of play forced Spain's goalkeeper Gabriel Ascaso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Adria Bielsa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Evelio Milian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Toledo in the 12th minute of the match. Gabriel Ascaso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Firme Verga in the 14th minute of play. The corner led Chelsea Football Club's Raimundo Rexino to fire away a dangerous shot which Gabriel Ascaso despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Spain's Gabriel Ascaso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Spain from getting a goal against them. Chelsea Football Club's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Raimundo Rexino in the 30th minute. Gabriel Ascaso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Firme Verga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 40 minutes into the match, Chelsea Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Omar Toledo came free, but Evelio Milian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Firme Verga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Ascaso having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Firme Verga made a kick off. Gabriel Ascaso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cleto Firmin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Omar Toledo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 64th match minute, Spain was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jon Cubero to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Spain's zone, Uriel Ralondo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gabriel Ascaso came out of the goal and Uriel Ralondo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chelsea Football Club's Aureliano Arnau was substituted for Silvestre Porfiro. In the 72nd match minute, Chelsea Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aureliano Arnau to maneuver through the defense. David Aranda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Evelio Milian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vicente Merino hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Vicente Merino kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Rafal Jakubiak's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gabriel Ascaso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. With a little luck, Chelsea Football Club's Evelio Milian got control of the ball when Carles Cherro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gabriel Ascaso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafal Jakubiak in the 82nd minute of the match. Carles Cherros short, quick shot in the 91stth minute got Evelio Milian to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 92 minutes into the match, Chelsea Football Club's goalkeeper Evelio Milian had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sergio Ruiz. Sergio Ruiz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Evelio Milian came out and tried to block the shot, but Sergio Ruiz slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 92nd minute. 95 minutes into the match, Chelsea Football Club's Rafal Jakubiak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gabriel Ascaso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Chelsea Football Club's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Raimundo Rexino in the 96th minute. The corner ended in Raimundo Rexino almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Spain's Gabriel Ascaso did a great save.
