Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 6 minutes into the match, Netherlands's Wim Wilmes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Motta Rello narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 9 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alvaro Giusto. 11 minutes into the match, San Michele AFC's Alvaro Giusto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnout Reekers narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 13 minutes into the match, San Michele AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Motta Rello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 14 minutes, Beila Mora mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the San Michele AFC and the Netherlands players grew even worse after the yellow card. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 24th match minute, San Michele AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dennis Mosca to maneuver through the defense. Motta Rello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Dennis Mosca hit a great ball. 28 minutes into the match, San Michele AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Motta Rello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of San Michele AFC booed when Netherlands was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bas Tuitert didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute of the match San Michele AFC got a corner. Netherlands's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ziemowit Kinic ran over to the corner to take the kick. A collision led to San Michele AFC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Dennis Mosca hit a great ball. Gustaaf Groeneveldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Motta Rello having to interfere. Guga Bezerra kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

Beila Mora kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. 54 minutes into the game, Gijsbert ter Kruimer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Motta Rello was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer got a free kick in the 59th minute. 66 minutes into the match, San Michele AFC's goalkeeper Motta Rello had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wim Wilmes. After 66 played minutes Wim Wilmes rounded San Michele AFC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-3. San Michele AFC's Motta Rello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 69th minute of play. Dennis Chiappini hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Motta Rello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvaro Giusto in the 80th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind San Michele AFC's goalkeeper Motta Rello, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 93rd minute Beila Mora shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The San Michele AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Netherlands were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
