Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Samuele Kunz made the kick off and thus started the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mihály Szikora in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hias Nüssli saved Switzerland from getting behind. Jacinto Maurer scored 1-0 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pál Benkó, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Leeds's Pál Benkó proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Leeds from getting a goal against them. Zsolt Simon kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Mihály Szikora got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Samuele Kunz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Pál Benkó tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pál Benkó showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacinto Maurer, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Pál Benkó showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samuele Kunz in the 40th minute of the match. 44 minutes into the game, Tibor Dudics threw the ball into play from the sideline. Switzerland's Jacinto Maurer quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mihály Szikora to make the kick off. Mihály Szikora received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Hias Nüssli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 54th minute, Máté Szekeres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mihály Szikora could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Hias Nüssli made a huge save. 63 minutes into the game, Tibor Dudics was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Leeds's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Switzerland the free kick. In the 69th minute of the game Tibor Dudics made a throw-in which Mihály Szikora played forward. In the 72nd minute of the match, Mihály Szikora got a very nice opportunity to score, but Hias Nüssli was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 74th minute, Máté Szekeres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fridolin Neumeister kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute Mihály Szikora shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hias Nüssli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pál Benkó showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuele Kunz, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. When Leeds's Mihály Szikora in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Switzerland's goalie prevented a goal. 89 minutes into the game, Tibor Dudics threw the ball into play from the sideline. Switzerland's Jacinto Maurer quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. If Tibor Dudics had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Switzerland players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
