The corner led Italy's Sigfrido Auletta to fire away a dangerous shot which Sikstas Ferdi despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 41stth minute of the game Ray Ruth who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Italy's Flavio Vittori was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 58 minutes into the match, Ruzgar Gibi Geçti's goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but Sikstas Ferdi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sikstas Ferdi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kaptan Tevfik's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Flavio Vittori read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. Ruzgar Gibi Geçti's Cabbar Müfit was substituted for Yiğit Can Sungur. Deodato Magliozzi made in the 66th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Porziano Marchitelli immediately put the ball in play. With a little luck, Ruzgar Gibi Geçti's Sikstas Ferdi got control of the ball when Sigfrido Auletta tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ray Ruth might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Flavio Vittori. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ray Ruth ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 74th minute Zaccheo Andolina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sikstas Ferdi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner ended in Eliseo Cutri almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ruzgar Gibi Geçti's Sikstas Ferdi did a great save. In the 82nd minute, Italy's Siricio Liotta dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Italy made a substitution. In the 86th minute of the game Deodato Magliozzi made a throw-in which Guiscardo Davide played forward. 94 minutes into the match, Adriano Curto notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Ruzgar Gibi Geçti's Sikstas Ferdi. Sikstas Ferdi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Italy's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
