Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Eufrasio Dueñas kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, CSD Concepción's Ferrán Alcedo got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Celedonio Latapiat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Celedonio Latapiat didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 9 minutes into the match, Gustaaf Groeneveldt notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of CSD Concepción's Celedonio Latapiat. Celedonio Latapiat was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. CSD Concepción's Celedonio Latapiat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 13th minute of play. Gustaaf Groeneveldt kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. If Wim Wilmes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnout Reekers made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Eufrasio Dueñas sent off a good shot on target. In the 20thth minute of the game Frances Gacitúa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Netherlands's Arnout Reekers was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the CSD Concepción defense, Wim Wilmes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Celedonio Latapiat. The CSD Concepción fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Celedonio Latapiat should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Netherlands booed when CSD Concepción was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marco Finlay didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Raúl Wilshaw during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 32nd minute, Raúl Wilshaw hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd minute, Wim Wilmes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Celedonio Latapiat was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 36th minute, Gustaaf Groeneveldt left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Netherlands fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. In the 39th minute, CSD Concepción's Frances Gacitúa ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Arnout Reekers. Arnout Reekers yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. After 44 minutes of play, Netherlands's Wim Wilmes made it 1-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Celedonio Latapiat was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rafa Murillo hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After the first half Netherlands were leading 1-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 52nd match minute, CSD Concepción was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elear Faverau to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustaaf Groeneveldt got free with Celedonio Latapiat in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 53 minutes into the match, Gustaaf Groeneveldt dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Celedonio Latapiat, 1-7. In the 56th minute, CSD Concepción's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gustaaf Groeneveldt fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 61st minute, Wim Wilmes made a precise shot to the right of Celedonio Latapiat. CSD Concepción's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-8. Netherlands's Wim Wilmes got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wim Wilmes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Celedonio Latapiat made a huge save. Celedonio Latapiat came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Netherlands's Wim Wilmes. But to his dismay, Wim Wilmes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-9. In the 70th minute, CSD Concepción's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Wim Wilmes fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 72 minutes into the match, Gijsbert ter Kruimer dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Celedonio Latapiat, 1-10. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 76th minute, but Celedonio Latapiat got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving CSD Concepción hanging dry this time. Gustaaf Groeneveldt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Celedonio Latapiat made a huge save. In the 83rd minute of the match Netherlands got a corner. CSD Concepción's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gijsbert ter Kruimer ran over to the corner to take the kick. CSD Concepción's Celedonio Latapiat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 84th minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Raúl Wilshaw had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arnout Reekers. Netherlands's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Raúl Wilshaw was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-10.
