After having played for 14 minutes, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Germany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Sachs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Germany's Frank Sachs got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 20thth minute of the game Frank Sachs who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but EL DIABLO FC's Vlatko Bošković was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tommy Kahn made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Pascual Buinton sent off a good shot on target. Walter Ehrler scored 2-0 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. EL DIABLO FC's Vlatko Bošković played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Sachs in the 32nd minute of play. 33 minutes into the game, Adrian Dreifuss was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Germany's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave EL DIABLO FC the free kick. After 33 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Dreifuss. Tyrone Griscti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38th minute, Germany's Chris Mergenthaler seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Chris Mergenthaler the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Germany protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Chris Mergenthaler had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 38 minutes into the game, one of Germany:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Willy Stieler hit a great ball. In the 43rd minute, Felipe Maju hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tyrone Griscti hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Walter Ehrler in the 49th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Albin Holweck was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute Walter Ehrler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elpidio Markel, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Delmiro Mazuste scored 3-0 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 67th minute Elpidio Markel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 75th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Dreifuss to maneuver through the defense. 76 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Elpidio Markel came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Walter Ehrler in the 84th minute of the match. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great ball. In the 93rd minute, Adrian Dreifuss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. EL DIABLO FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
