Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sreten Popovic kicked off to start the match. After a defensive mix-up in MARADONA PINAKAMALAKI's zone, Sreten Popovic stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Urban Lund came out of the goal and Sreten Popovic tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The corner ended in Sreten Popovic almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but MARADONA PINAKAMALAKI's Urban Lund did a great save. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind MARADONA PINAKAMALAKI's goalkeeper Urban Lund, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 15 minutes in the game Sebastian Kilstedt did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Jens Vestberg. In the 19th minute Sreten Popovic shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urban Lund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 31 minutes, Zvezdan Nedeljkovic successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Vladeta Jovic received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Urban Lund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Sreten Popovic managed to get in a good position for a shot. Serbia's supporters rose to their feet, but Sreten Popovic was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Urban Lund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. MARADONA PINAKAMALAKI's Eric Skarkman got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Greger Ahlroht fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zvezdan Nedeljkovic having to interfere. Drasko Rajkovic sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eric Skarkman made a kick off. 59 minutes into the match, Serbia's goal looked a bit too open when Greger Ahlroht came free, but Zvezdan Nedeljkovic reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jovan Borisov's late challenge caught a MARADONA PINAKAMALAKI's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jovan Borisov helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Serbia's Jovan Borisov got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Ralf Ålberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Zvezdan Nedeljkovic. Serbia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 67th minute, Miljan Gavrilovic got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eric Skarkman couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eric Skarkman in the 72nd minute of play forced Serbia's goalkeeper Zvezdan Nedeljkovic to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute, Sreten Popovic ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Urban Lund was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Alfons Pihlwall got a throw-in 78 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Hannes Grep. An unexpectedly hard shot by Greger Ahlroht in the 80th minute of play forced Serbia's goalkeeper Zvezdan Nedeljkovic to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sreten Popovic in the 82ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Urban Lund, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Sreten Popovic recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 85 played minutes Serbia got a freekick which was hit by Borjan Golubovic. In the 92nd minute, Nils-Åke Pihlblad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Sreten Popovic had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastian Kilstedt made in the 95th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Jens Vestberg immediately put the ball in play.
