The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sander Dermaut during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ booed when Belgium was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sander Dermaut didn't get a good kick on the ball. Casper Claes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Babbis Tolias, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ were awarded a corner in the 7th minute after Belgium's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Anthimos Nioras took the corner. The corner led ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ's Lauri Virves to a score. 0-1 in the 7th minute. Edward Vanderstraeten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Iosif Tsoleridis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Babbis Tolias in the 18th minute of play forced Belgium's goalkeeper Casper Claes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ's goalkeeper Iosif Tsoleridis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 22nd minute Edward Vanderstraeten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iosif Tsoleridis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 27 played minutes Belgium got a freekick which was hit by Laurens Vandamme. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ's goalkeeper Iosif Tsoleridis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Belgium's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 30th minute. Casper Claes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 邵洲辰, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute, 邵洲辰 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Casper Claes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ's zone, Edward Vanderstraeten stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iosif Tsoleridis came out of the goal and Edward Vanderstraeten tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Codrin Drăgan hit a great ball. A hard shot 44 in the game by Edward Vanderstraeten from a close distance when the talented Iosif Tsoleridis managed to make a qualified save. ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ's players were relieved. When Aris Mavreas fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ's protests and gave Aris Mavreas a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Aris Mavreas hit a great ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Babbis Tolias made a kick off. 邵洲辰 in the 51stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Casper Claes, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If 邵洲辰 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 53 minutes into the match, Babbis Tolias notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Belgium's Casper Claes. Casper Claes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ defense, Edward Vanderstraeten kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iosif Tsoleridis. The ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iosif Tsoleridis should have stopped the shot. Iosif Tsoleridis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Vanderstraeten in the 64th minute of the match. 67 minutes into the match, Edward Vanderstraeten notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ's Iosif Tsoleridis. Iosif Tsoleridis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ defense, Edward Vanderstraeten kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iosif Tsoleridis. The ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iosif Tsoleridis should have stopped the shot. Casper Claes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 邵洲辰 in the 78th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Edward Vanderstraeten ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iosif Tsoleridis was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-3. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ's goalkeeper Iosif Tsoleridis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Edward Vanderstraeten blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Iosif Tsoleridis having to make a save. 91 minutes into the match, ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Vanderstraeten came free, but Iosif Tsoleridis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ's Thalis Abaris got a free kick in the 93rd minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Belgium.
